Meal Documentation

All centers must keep documentation of the daily planned menus and quantities of food prepared for each meal and/or snack claimed for reimbursement. All meal and/or snacks must be documented appropriately and documentation must be available on site for review. One of the following must be used:
- Food Production record – for self-preparation
- Transport sheet – for meals transported from a preparation site or for vended meals
- Other – tools developed by the sponsor must have KSDE approval for use
